I had the honor of working with Plácido Domingo and directing the capture of of a new production of Die Walküre as part of WNO’s first Ring cycle.

The stage director was Francesca Zambello. Francesca encouraged me years ago while I was developing my opera chops and she taught me a great deal...heck, you learn a lot just by breathing the same air as folks like this.
